// WHY_I_BUILD
Resting feels like a Security Breach.
I'm in that high-stakes cycle where if I stop for even a second, I feel like I'll forget everything I've ever learned. I built these as a way to stay in the zone without falling into the trap of doomscrolling through another library-induced breakdown.
The Philosophy
Medical education is expensive enough. Resources shouldn't add to the burden. I build these because I believe board prep should be accessible and, occasionally, even enjoyable.
Side effects may include: Actually feeling prepared for rounds.
Burnout Prophylaxis
Burnout-Mitigation.libIt's easy to get lost in the rat race and forget why we joined medicine in the first place. When you're drowning in self-doubt and the anxiety of the next assessment, these videos help me stay afloat. I take these QD, and if I feel like the system is going to crash, I shift to BID to remain free of burnout and remember the human on the other side of the stethoscope.
